The term "Standard" is used to refer to the Tempered glass which is held in inventory at our factory. We do not have standard sneeze guards which are per-manufactured ready for shipment. A standard size unit can be assembled and shipped quickly. Custom size units require producing the custom size tempered glass which increases the production time by a minimum of 5-7 days.
There is a 20% restocking fee (plus a 5% transaction if it is a credit card transaction) on all returned products which are built using standard size glass. The product must be returned in the original packaging in resalable condition. All Custom Sneeze Guard and Partition orders are final. These units are custom made to your specifications and cannot be modified after the glass has been tempered. If you feel we have made a manufacturing error contact us immediately. After the problem is determined, we will manufacture the correct parts and ship them to you at no cost to you.
Cancellation of credit card orders prior to the beginning of production are subject to a 5% transaction fee. There is no fee for the cancellation of a non credit card order prior to production release. Cancellation of orders which are in production will be charged based on the work completed. In addition a 5% transaction fee will apply if it is a credit card transaction.
We ship small parts, by UPS and by USPS. Some orders may be split with some parts being shipped by USPS, and some parts going by UPS. Sneeze Guards and partitions are shipped LTL using common carriers UPS Freight,or FedEx. LTL Freight shipments are "curbside" service. You should be present to receive and assist in the off-loading of the delivery. Inside deliveries, lift-gate, and special arrangements must be arranged in advance. Please note: There is a cost to make any changes (e.g. change of address, addition of a lift-gate) after the shipping company has picked up the shipment.
We guarantee our workmanship and products for one year. We certify that all of the glass used in our sneeze guards and partitions meets or exceeds the industry standard for defects and is safety tempered meeting the ANIS Z97.1 standard. Shipping damage (i.e. breakage, scratches, chips,) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the cargo. We will replace units which are damaged in shipping, but we need your help in documenting any damage to the shipping crate. There is no warranty against normal wear & tear (i.e. chips and scratches ).
